Running into an issue with travel to Canada and wondering if anyone else has dealt with this:
In Israel, if you've recovered from Covid, you're only given 1 dose of vaccine.
In Canada, only people who get 2 doses are considered fully vaccinated. People with just 1 dose are considered "partially vaccinated" and aren't eligible to visit.
Is there any way to make this work?? The person can't just go out and get a 2nd dose... Can they get a doctor's letter saying that a second dose is counterindicated? Apply for a special exception? There's got to be something, right?

Bump.
Have any Israelis managed to successfully travel to Canada in the past year?
