My husband is not big on birthdays - especially his. The last few years he really wanted something specific (tech stuff) and I bought it for him.
But now he has everything - including a drone he bought himself earlier this year for work and a new phone.
For my birthday this year/ baby gift he got me a really nice piece of jewelry. But now I'm stuck.
Obviously I make his birthday special with yummy food etc but this year I'm out of gift ideas.

Make plans to Go out to a great restaurant, and a night away in a hotel for the two of you?
And what is he into? Does he like any type of liquor? If so get him a great, expensive bottle.
A nice shirt, tie? Something related to his work? A fancy, engraved pen?
New leather wallet?

We Celebrate with a Happy Birthday wish. No fanfare.
There's no money for gifts/restaurants/hotels...
He just had a big number Birthday and mine is coming up.
Nothing. Besides- Hey, Happy birthday BTW!

Unfortunately, we don't live in a place with restaurants and iyh were going on a trip in a few months so can't afford a night in a hotel...besides my baby is three months old and can't leave him.
He likes tech stuff but has nearly everything. We're fully stocked in the liquor area. He's not the type to care for clothes.
I bought him a watch last year too... he's so complex
