This week it’s been terrible.
Its definitely a Verizon issue bec I’m having this on more than one laptop at a time.

It's a Verizon issue. The wiring in brooklyn is copper. They're no longer fixing those. If you're able to get fios, your service will work. Unfortunately, fios is not available to me and since they won't fix the existing lines, they told me to switch companies.
In bp, the only options now are optimum or xchange. Some areas can get Comcast too

What speed you have ? Can't answer your q since I don't have Verizon but if trouble happens on more than one device and there are no outages reported your given speed may possibly not be strong enough for your usage

Experienced an outage now in Rockland county. It just came back moments ago.

What about AT&T? There's a store on 13th aveneue, I think between 47 and 48th street (next to Tam Eden Bakery)
