It’s cold I don’t know how long we will last by a park.

Any other ideas? Any indoor play open?

Not in London but in UK
We’re staying home to cook and bake for yomtov, and watch the funeral
Maybe we’ll make some Rosh hashana cards or colour some pictures of the queen

it's one day. make a schedule. assuming yours are young

breakfast and davening (singing etc)
making r h cards for elderly (or whomever)
morn snack
take out toys.
by 11/12 bake together...Rh shaped cookies....anything....if all else fails make playdough and kids can make apple and honey etc.
then lunch.
then stories, quiet time, naps for baby, watching time if u need,
then take a walk, or go to park for an hr....some shops are open after 2 so if u can walk to them do so....just to get kids out. if u have older ones who want to make something work special for yt let them buy ingredients or whateve.
by 3 I assume you're back home... more play, tape on floor to make grids for cars, water play in bath, food colouring and oil science experiments for older kids,
I wld now let them watch a video....an exercise video with all the fam joinging in is always fun

by 5.its your usual dinner bath and bed routine

I appreciate the schedule and yes, that would work great for my littles but I have a special needs child that absolutely can’t be home all day. I guess we’ll take jumpers and spend another day in the park.
