Let your stomach heal, try to go a day without eating, only drink. If you must eat only eat the brat diet, bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. Eat tiny portions at a time so that your stomach doesn't get overwhelmed. Take it easy and take some pepto bismol

Also drink a lot because diahrea is dehydrating. Drink things like Gatorade.

Coca cola (not zero or diet) in room temp. Let the gas out of it.

Thanks everyone! No throwing up thank God but the loose stomach and nausea and weakness is awful

I thought it was just my family that drinks coke (usually slurpees) for an upset stomach. We don’t do it room temperature though. Glad to hear we’re not crazy 😜
