I have a package of chicken cutlets and a new jar of schwarma spice. I’ve never used this spice before.
Looking for some good ideas.
Preferably something I can make today and freeze for rh but it doesn’t have to be only a freezer friendly recipe.

Marinate the chicken cutlets in the shawarma spice, add a bit of oil and massage the chicken to coat every piece.
Then bake or grill.

Cut the chicken cutlets into strips.
Sautee onion in a oil for a long time till carmelized. You can also add fresh sliced mushrooms. Add in chicken pieces. Sprinkle with 1 tsp shawarma spice. Sautee until done.
Can be served over rice, or serve stuffed into pitas with pickles, salad, and chummus.

Cut up the cutlets unto nuggets. Add 2 T schwarma spice, 2 crushed garlic, 2 T chicken soup mix, 1/4-1/2 c oil. Mix everything together. Marinate for minimum 1/2 hr to as long as you want. I cook this in my betty crocker. My kids would eat this every day if I'd let them.
