I obviously can’t get to a dentist until the morning. I gave him Motrin and used baby orajel but he’s still complaining and can’t sleep. Is there anything else I can do or buy that will ease the pain till the morning?

Oy, toothaches can be so painful. Based on what I’ve been told by a nurse, you can safely up the dose of Motrin to an extent. Maybe someone on here in the medical field can confirm.
Also-is it possible that he has something stuck between his teeth that’s causing pain? Could try floss or a toothpick, if that might be the case.
(If really desperate, some of the Urgent Cares are open until midnight. They may have a stronger painkiller. )
I hope he feels better very quickly.
