Does anyone know of any houses or basements in Lakewood that are available for shidduch purposes where a couple could meet?

I would possibly be open to letting someone use my basement for this. Just curious, why would people like doing this VS going to a hotel lobby or something similar?

There are also local businesses that give their conference rooms. Those are very popular these days.

A lot of the popular hotels don't let dates sit in their lobby anymore.
