Every time a person calls out to Hashem for help, it brings blessing. Hashem tells us in the Torah, בכל המקום אשר אזכיר את שמי אבוא אליך וברכתיך - wherever His Name is called, He comes and brings blessing.
We could achieve so much through tefillah, and the more we believe in it, the more blessing it yields.

We should always be asking Hashem for help. Some תפילות take time, and some are answered right away, but each and every tefillah is heard and each and every tefillah accomplishes something significant.

sincere and heartfelt tfilah has the koach(strength) to reach
the kisay HaKavod. No matter what is going on in your life ,
keep on running and bonding with Hashem. Keep on asking Hashem to help you, and if you don't see an answer ask Hashem again and again, each time telling Hashem you trust in Him that He knows what He is doing.
