I am new to Brooklyn and I keep seeing women wearing hard leather penny loafers with a tiny heel (I.e. not completely flat). Where can I buy a pair of shoes like these?
Also, I often see women/girls wear almond toe ballet flats with a high vamp, similar to A.Soliani shoes. Where can I buy these as well? TIA!

Shoe palace also has stores on 18th ave and Avenue J
The one in Flatbush has trendier styles
