I'm guessing that they quickly had to learn this for the show since this song went viral and it's not part of their regular repertoire and don't do them any favors. I felt so bad for these boys... I'm sure they're usually on key and know their dance moves cold but here they stumbled. I didn't see any more footage from this show but I'd bet they were phenomenal with their regular routines.

It's the sound of the recording. Non professional recordings of live concerts often sound bad. Very common!

They added it in after it went viral. Considering how little practice the kids had.....also thats a cell phone recording, not a professional one, doesnt help.

They practice each song usually much much longer.
