If the dough feels good, then it probably is good. Too much water would have made it sticky.

I usually dont add all the flour in because it gets too dry.
but this time I kept adding more and more flou and couldnt understand why...
The dough feels super soft and not tough like it usually is.
Usually when I knead its hard work, now it feels very soft and pliable..
Dont know what that means...

I don't think more water hurts anything, as long as it's balanced with flour

I once added an extra cup of water by mistake and the challah was insanely good that week. It was just stickier to work with.
You should be fine.

Hey, just wanted to update about my challa!
So worked out really well bh.
My husband loved it, my daughter wasnt sure.
Was definitely softer and more fluffy.
And just much more airy.
Taste wise I found was good but a bit less yeasty, sugary and salty. Still had flavour but not VERY sweet or salty or yeasty.
Were still eating the same batch and enjoying it.
Definitely I would do this again!
Would do half a cup and see how it goes.
Thamks everyone for replying, was sure it was a goner.
P.s I enjoyed the fact that I barely had to knead the dough.
I didnt use up any energy because there was no stretch or pull to the dough so I didnt need to physically punch it.

I'm sure it will be fine if it doesn't feel wet
