I'm sure this must be on here somewhere, but I have yet to find a post with exact time, temperature and directions.
To keep it simple -
For a large fish head -
Bake at what temperature? Covered or uncovered? Water in pan or not? For how long?

I cook it like I cook my gefilte fish.
I actually used to cook it together with my gefilte fish but this year I bought it cooked from my fish store!
In water, sugar salt pepper. (Onion optional)

I normally boil mine like gefilte fish with onion, sugar, salt for like 20 minutes

Rub with oil and seasoning. 400 degrees for 25 minutes, uncovered.
