It's by Abie Rotenberg (yay, Toronto!) and it's from D'veykus Vol. I.
K'ayol ta'arog al afikey mayim, kein nafshi ta'arog eilecha Elokim (X2);
Kein nafshi ta'arog eilecha, ta'arog eilecha Elokim (x2).
Tzama nafshi is also by Abie, also on Volume I. Different tune, different words.

No, it’s from shabbatiscoming. Trying to figure out who composed it.
DH used it as a tune today when he was leading the davening in shul and the Rabbi didn’t know the song so he asked who it’s from.
