You can ask any mikvah to be the first appt post water change so that the water is clean and fresh.

I've never seen anything not clean n
In the water about any of the mikvahs I've been to in Lakewood, though some I have not been to in many years (Madison, new Hampshire, sunset, westgate). If you're concerned maybe go check it out in advance w a testing kit?

I don't know about Lakewood, however the Monsey mikvah on Viola is very accommodating if you need the 1st appointment for a health reason. They will make 100% sure you go first. You just need to be ready at the first possible tevilah time so you can go first and not hold everyone up.
