She is 14 months and ever since she born basically naps for 20 or 40 min

Anything I can do to change this. She would be much happier to have a solid good nap.she so tierd

Pls don't recommend any crying type of things I'm not into that (bh she sleeps well at night)

How does she fall asleep? Paci? Bottle? Nursing? Thumb? Nothing?

My baby took a bottle to sleep at that age and if she woke up too early I quickly refilled her bottle and she often fell back asleep.

Also, are you putting her to sleep when she is tired? Or she’s on a schedule?

Is her room very dark? A dark room is key for the daytime naps.
I had similar thing so we put up black construction garbage bags on her window and covered it completely and it really helped.
