I would double wrap it in aluminum foil and then place in a ziploc bag. Put in freezer.
When you want to reheat it, take it from the freezer and pour about 2 tablespoons of cold water over the top of the kugel. Put in oven and bake until it's heated throughout. It won't taste the same as fresh kugel but it'll be fine.
