DH and I are going to EY in November
It’s just the 2 of us
We never stayed at Kibbutz Lavi
I know there are different sections of rooms
What do we ask for if we are looking for the nicest room, BUT IN THE MAIN BUILDING.
We are not nature ppl and do not appreciate gardens (aka, bugs) or farm land (waking up to cow smells)
It doesn’t have to be luxurious but clean and shiny is greatly appreciated

Also we have limited mobility is it hard to get to the breakfast room- far walk, steps,

Another question
We usually go to kevarim
What else is there to do for older ppl with limited mobility
Is there a nice olive grove tour or something like that
Open to other ideas as well but no jeeping, white water rafting , or rappeling.
Not too much hiking either

You might like the Dona Gracia museum in Tiveria, or the artist's colony in Tzfat.

There are elevators down to the dining room I. Kibbutz Lavi, so that shouldn't be a problem. It's basically a standard hotel, not a cabin in the woods.

We stayed there, it's a regular hotel. The hotel is called Lavi hotel, it's located in Kibbutz Lavi.
The dining room is in the basement, but there are elevators. Their food is delicious. When you call to book, tell them exactly what you want.

Thanks everyone for the replys

I don’t think the museum is for us

A winery
An olive oil grove and factory
Or even hikes that are easy especially if there are pretty waterfalls
I think I over stated mobility being a problem
I’m able to go up and down the cementery in Tzfat
It’s just we are not as young as we use to be.
I love cable cars
Something fun for an older couple to do in the north

The hotel is very nice. I do think they have old rooms and new rooms though.
Their food is awesome.
I’m salivating thinking about it.

Rosh Hanikrah is beautiful.
Tzuk Manara had cable cars with gorgeous views but I’m not sure they are still operating.

Ik there is a winery that they make the wine out of pomegranates they explain the whole process and give you tastings.
Sorry I don’t remember the name or have contact info.
There is also a place I forgot the name starts with kitz and they show you how olive oil was made in the olden days, you can make pita like the olden days, and you see a few houses from two thousand years ago. There’s also carob trees there.

Kibbutz Lavi is great! The pool is in a separate building if that's an issue for you.

Would you be interested in a chocolate factory? De Karina has a visitors center and workshops. My parents enjoyed it there. https://de-karina.co.il/

We were at this winery it’s very nice they give you cheese and wine and you sit in a nice garden.

Years ago we stayed in a hotel called kinor there were no animals.

Rush hanikra is amazing. You can also do a waterfall hike in the banyas.
