Some food items used to be treif until we found a way to produce them kosher. Think sushi.
What are some food items you wish would get kosherized, or get a hechsher? I'll start.
-Guava juice
-ready made samosas

I don't know that there's a specific food I want to see in kosher (except CY reeses pieces, which are kosher already) but sometimes when I'm at the mall or traveling and soooo hungry I would love to be able to buy normal kosher food instead of Kind bars and Lays potato chips at the food areas.
