Okay this is a CY thing, but I miss Wacky Mac. I grew up on it and still crave it. There are no good CY alternatives.

DH thinks I’m nuts.

Funny, my options went all the way down to just Wacky Mac when I started keeping kosher (I heard Publix has but I've never been to a Publix or tried their mac) and I found it very unimpressive. Have to doctor it up a lot.

Wacky Mac is probably my favorite food on earth but thankfully my kids prefer Publix. It’s creamier and a bit sweet. My parents stock up when they visit Florida and bring a lot home

Mango dragonfruit refresher from Starbucks.

I had it once then found out it has grape juice and I crave it all. The. Time.

Regarding pop tarts the original ones aren't kosher but there are these pop tart bites and pop tart bars that taste just like the real thing! They are ou-d. (Use to eat the non kosher pop tarts as a child before I kept kosher ) there's brown sugar cinnamon flavor and also a strawberry flavor. I do recommend trying them.

More fish choices from Costco. The salmon and tilapia are great, and I'd love to try the other (non seafood) kinds.

Good cheeses that don't cost a fortune.

Trader Joe's dried cherries -- they used to have hechsher, and are now just a K.

And while we're at it, KLP coconut aminos, from Trader Joe's, or anywhere else.

Ramen soups that aren't as unhealthy (full of fat) as the kosher variants.

And, since this is a place to whine, I'll add that I miss Ben & Jerry's, even though I'm totally standing my ground and not supporting them

Here are some places you can get Kosher Artisanal cheese. If you have a specific cheese in mind and cant find it on these websites then let us know and we will try to locate it for you--

Thank you! We do order from cheese guy pretty regularly (every month or 6 weeks?) through Block and Wedge. I would actually caution against cheese from grow and behold. Their meat is the best but they ship their cheese on dry ice which freezes it, ruining the texture.

If anyone has suggestions for sources of nicer soft cheeses, I’d love to hear. Especially nicer bries? I feel like all the kosher ones I’ve had are pretty one-note and lack subtlety. On the other end of the spectrum, any really nice aged goudas that are old enough to have good crystallization? I’d also just love more different things. I love cheese guy’s offerings but I get tired of the rotation. At a good non-kosher cheese shop there can be literally hundreds of options to pick from so you can always try something new.

Another cholov yisroel eater missing the old cholov stam - there's no replacement for Hershy kisses or Reese's cups, or Entemanns Yodels!

Not CY, like you said, but Yodels are made by Drakes.

I miss the Chalav Stam of all Ferrero products. Kinder eggs!!
Another thing I haven't seen Chalav Israel is nacho cheese sauce. I've tried making it from scratch and haven't succeeded.
Also I love that we're finding solutions for some of the cravings here.

You're right! I was thinking about Entemann's in general, and I knew it didn't sound right, but couldn't quite place another brand...

So many things I miss from my non-Cholov Yisroel days:
Lindt white chocolate
A lot of ice cream like Ben & Jerry’s cheesecake
Ranch chips
White cheddar pop corners and white cheddar puffs
Chewy granola bars
Entenmanns
There’s more I can’t remember right now
Cinnabon

I took my husband’s minhag. A lot of my friends took it upon themselves in seminary.

I also took my husband's minhag. Where I grew up there was almost no Chalav Israel, so I didn't have a lot of choices anyway.

My family did when I was probably a teenager.
It's a chumrah, like other chumrahs that people would take upon themselves.

For those of you mentioning OU-D products , some of them are only dairy equipment, not dairy, so that might work for some CY cravings =
