I bought linen about a month ago from a local store and the thread of the blanket is pulling should I say something?

Yes. Without feedback they will not know to improve the product, if that's a possibility.

I’d offer feedback to the store but I wouldn’t bring it back to them

I wouldn’t expect a store to replace an item for a thread pulling after a month of use and I’m not sure it would be fair to ask
There are ways to try to stop the pull and make it look nice

I'd take it back and ask them if they can fix it. Most places would do it.
