Where are you staying? A lot of supermarkets offer mishlochim (deliveries). You might have to pay a small amount, but they deliver it to your door, normally within a few hours.

what area are you in?
Most Yesh supermarkets you can shop in store and they'll deliver it.
Special market has online
ramilevy and shufersal have online.
shopping yourself and having it delivered is the most reliable. some of the websites have an option for you to write that they should call you before substituting, make sure you check that off!
