They contain herbs that help your supply. I actually do find that it helps me a lot. I bought some even though I'm nursing a 16 month old and not a little baby.

I tried them once, did not help me from getting lightheaded and faint. I’m the worst faster when I’m nursing, but my supply generally bounces right back.

It doesn't help so much for that, but for me it often helps with headaches and keeps my supply up.
