Exactly. I took them because everyone raved about them but I ended up so sick. and I have no idea what I was reacting to because there’s no way to know what’s in them.

I don't know about kalei tzom but I have pele tzom in front of me, which is the same thing, and the package has a list of ingredients on the back.

The ones in israel do have ingredients listed as per law.

It's caffeine and herbs. Check the ingredient list.

I've taken them with pregnancy and nursing and have had no negative effects. I feel that it helps keep hydrated so that I'm not in the bathroom the entire night and then miserable the next day.

When I asked my pediatrician about the safety of tzom kal, he said I should call poison control and list the ingredients for them and ask if any are poisonous. He was serious

Found online:
Ingredients for kalei tzom:

Pele tzom:

Am I correct in understanding that kali has calcium and pele doesn't?

Do the nursing pills not have caffeine or herbs that cause a similar effect?
I do very badly with caffeine, reading heartrate etc
I wonder if that's why some ppl reacted badly

I was thinking about getting the pregnancy kalei tzom. Very concerned I’ll feel weak and unwell, but now I’m not sure. Yea or nay?

The kalei tzom kept me up all night. Does anyone have issues with the Toronto caffeine pills that they start releasing in middle of the night?

I took the nursing pills and we figured out after that it must have a high dose of caffeine. And that’s probably what made me so sick. If anyone has access to the ingredient list they should please post. You would think it would need a warning label.

Edit: I found the ingredient list for the nursing version and it doesn’t say caffeine anywhere. So I still don’t know what is in it that messed me up so badly but I really don’t recommend. https://www.koshervitamins.com.....blets

I think a lot of it is thinking it helps.

I am on multi vitamins regulary, bh fast ok with no pills, yes one would be thristy, and hungry at some point, but bh all is ok without buying "magics".

since OP asked, I am offering my honest answer.

The pink packet for ingredients list:

Sorbitol, glucose, citric acid, magnesium stearate, acaia gum, micro crystalline cellulose
High caffeine content: 222mg per 100 g (contains pullina cupana)

ETA: Disregard. The pink packet is for pregnant women, not nursing.

So purchase tylenol suppositories instead (not the compound mix that has tylenol plus caffeine).
