Am I better off taking in raw meat or cooked meat to Israel for Yom Tov? We have a stop over. Traveling from NY.

It's illegal to bring raw meat into the country. Aside from that, the possibility of losing a suitcase or flight delays means that you could end up with a really smelly suitcase.

Israel has butcher shops. Support a local business and buy your meat when you arrive. You can order in advance and have it delivered to wherever you're staying.
