Hello!

My husband and I are looking to tour NYC for sukkos. We are looking for a hotel near a kosher shul. No clue where to start looking!

Any advice on good cities/hotels/neighborhoods/shuls please!

You might want to define the shul you are looking for in a different way. Perhaps it would be helpful to describe community, nusach, and physical layout that would meet your needs.

What for you Mean by NYC? Manhattan?

Kosher shul meaning not conservative or reform, just plain orthodox.

For meals, as we are coming for chol hamoed, we were hoping to catch some resturants.

Try a hotel in bklyn and go shul hopping around lots of shuls, kosher food and potentially hosts fir yomtov meals there's a hotel in boro park that should serve kosher on 13th Ave I think

Shuva israel (Sephardic-Israeli)
122 e 58th st between park and Lexington
(On sucot there will be free meals available too)
You can stay in the Fitzpatrick hotel or hotel 57 which are both a block away. There are others close by too. Hilton garden in. San Carlos. Courtyard. Bentley. Lombardy. Concorde. There’s really tons

regarding those hotels; do we know what the key situation is? like am I gonna have to spend shabbos locked up due to an electronic key?

There are lots of ways around this. Have you never stayed in a hotel for shabbos before?
