How am I going to work tomorrow early in the morning? My body is wrecked from the fast today and I just want to sleep for a week. Other than hydration and "taking it easy" (lol which working mom can afford to take it easy this month) how can I help myself recover?
I'm 7 months pregnant

Is it possible to take the day off? Or at least start late?

I wish but no. Taking off Chol Hamoed, don't have a single hour to spare

Have lots of high fiber hydrating snacks (fruit and vegetable) and avoid sugary foods that will cause blood sugar crash.

I just let my work know I'm not coming in. I couldn't sleep ( probably because of the coffee I broke my fast with) and am just in general feeling out of sorts. I don't take off often and I'm lucky that I have an understanding workplace.
I work in a school ( not a teacher), so no issues with chol hamoed. Yay.
