Suck on ice cubes. Try taking tiny bites of rice cakes or toast with a few minute break between each bite

Same.
I sipped some coffee and nibbled on some pretzels. I had to go to work so I took a bottle of water to sip on. Still not feeling great tbh. Hope you feel good soon

If you’re home boil yourself a potato and mash it with a little salt or cook some white rice in salt water. If you’re out buy yourself a banana or applesauce. Take small bits, wait a few minutes before you take more. Avoid sweets, protein and fats. Don’t eat any vegetables or legumes. Keep taking small sips of any liquid you can tolerate. I hope you feel better soon.
