Anyone?

I know it involves a blood test and height and weight check, but anything else?

What questions do they ask?

I'm in NY and the examiner is coming to my house.

That's it. They'll ask if you smoke, use a motorcycle, and other really basic questions.

hi cholesterol or hi blood pressure is an issue,
better to control with meds , or several months of long walks........

psychatric meds info, names of Drs and signature to get your records.

thats about it

family history and personal history iof major illnesses

they are not an enemy. they want to charge based on risk they take.
Person who comes is not a college professor.
tech person will arrive with list of questions + taking blood work. dont worry!

Mine runs low so the man said he’s raising the number a bit because they will think im6ft under already , lol 😂

Yes they ask which medications you are taking and the prescribing doctor's info.
