We are asked to use electricity economically. My neighbors are sitting outside until curfew so they don’t have to turn on the light.
My friend was interviewed by French TV today.
It’s so scary that our enemies are deliberately targeting civilians.
Oh and in an effort to protect the Russian language in Ukraine, yesterday they destroyed the Russian literature faculty building of KNU.
One of the people killed yesterday in Kyiv was a doctor who was on her way to work at the Ohmatdyt Children’s Hospital.

We just got this text:
💧The increase in the water level in the Dnipro within Kyiv does not exceed emergency values and is associated with the intensive operation of the hydroelectric power plant.
✔️City services are monitoring the situation. According to experts, the water level will stabilize within a week.
🙏🏻The city asks residents to reduce the use of powerful electrical appliances, especially during the evening peak hours from 17:00 to 22:00.

What does this mean? Usually concerning increases in water level means flooding. I'm trying to google but am not clear.
