I had my French roast bake on low for a few hours usually it comes out liquidy for some reason liquids dried and meat is not burned but outside is dry . I would like to warm it up in liquid . Any suggestions what I can add to it ? I can add water but I would mind something to make it more gravy like ( original Ed how is regular spices rubbed on meat .) tia
