My husband went to Evergreen and came home with “Rosemary Garlic Shoulder London” meat. I have no idea what it is but it’s says on it ready to cook.
Can anyone help me out? 350? For how long? Covered?

Sounds like a London broil - 525 for 20 minutes (medium/corners well). Wrap in foil. Slice before serving over salad.

It’s 2 lbs of it though. Only 20 min?

For that size can be 25. It's meant to be medium.
