I don't know if this would work where you live, we had thr girls bake cookies and muffins and package them individually and give them to our local bikur cholim to give to patients in hospital/ moms post birth etc

Jewish name crafts
You can do anything with that although one really nice one is frosted spray paint on a mirror, with stencil outline of the name

Chanukah - oil infused herb jars
With a lesson about jews rising like oil

Chanukah - the power of a jewish woman (chana, yehudis) fits in perfectly
There are gorgeous songs by female singers but I can't remember the name. I know Sara Hecht has one

You could also do something with her name depending what it is.
There's no shortage of nice bas mitzvah club crafts, then you just make up a connection

Bumping to ask about the frosted glass stencils. Do you mind to explain this step by step? Do you have the stencils pre made? Do you use spray for the glass?

Not leather, but my DD made a great project a recent bat mitzvah. They gave out plain white soft covered tehillims and they had glittery and shiny sticker paper and sticker letters. The girls cut the paper and wrapped the tehillim covers with the sticky paper to make really nice covers and then used the letter stickers to put their names on it.
