Do I need for 37 people please?
A lot of those are kids, various ages. Probably 18 adults, as a rough estimate.

There will be another kugel, apple or lokshen.

It's for a small Friday night sheva berochos.

I would make 3-4. Bec you might need to refill, but you'll for sure end up with leftover. You don't want to run out...looks bad...you can freeze the leftovers to use for your chulent for different week.

If your having dips, fish and soup, along with 2 kugels and a main dish, then you only need 2 potato kugels.

From experience, 1 roaster or 2 9 x 13s are more then enough

You need 3.
A 4th is good to ensure you don't run out, but it may not get used. You should count on having leftovers and you can use it over the week or freeze for next Shabbos...

In catering a 9×13 kugel is roughly supposed to make 12-15 slices

Yes, I cut it into squares and each tray made 12. We're under 35 people in the end. And mostly kids. I made 4 trays.
Better too much than too little.
