My 3 year old only says like 20 to 25 words no sentences am hoping he will talk one day I worry about it he get speech therapy and is in a special ed preschool he does understand a lot of what I tell him

He is learning some sign language he knows about 4 sign language maybe more signs also they are using a tablet in his school to encourage sounds and give choices he might have ASD or possibly apraxia or both
