Has anyone ever used money from their 401k to buy a house?
Do lenders take your 401k into consideration for a lower rate?

I pulled money from my 401k for a down payment, the lender was fine with it but it was simpler since there was an allowance during COVID-19 for taking money out of 401ks it's a little more complex for home buying I think.
