Why can they not have fish or chicken either?
Are they vegan? Food preferences? Other medical nutrition therapy limitations?
Is their sodium limited in addition to cholesterol?
Not looking to pry, but it might help us with ideas if we have a better understanding of nutrition needs and limitations.
