What are some ways you serve pasta for supper as a side dish? I'm looking for quick & easy recipes to add variety.

I'll share my 2 favorites:

Heat some oil with ketchup & garlic powder and add to cooked pasta

Mock Shlishkes: Brown breadcrumbs in oil with some sugar and coat cooked pasta

Thanks!

For supper I’ll sometimes make roasted veggie orzo: roast whatever veggies you want in small pieces and add with olive oil and spices to orzo.

Mix 3 cubes of frozen garlic, 3 cubes of frozen basil, and one cube of frozen parsley with cooked pasta. Add salt (and pepper if you like) and enjoy Pesto pasta the lazy way!

Sautee lots of crushed garlic in olive oil. Add parsley the last minute or 2. Mix with salt and angel hair pasta

Think it will work with spaghetti too? I'm definitely going to try this! Thanks!
