I can’t find anymore Cholov Yisroel kendamil infant formula, what should a mother do? Give similiac OUD? It’s the only thing near me

Give whatever you can find that your baby will eat. Cholov Yisroel is nice but feeding your baby is more important.

I don't know how you feel about using non chalav yisroel formula, otherwise, what about soy formula?

Oh no, I think OUD wild be allowed. I have even given it for a sensitive child that Materna wasn't good (before we had kendamil)
Here in the UK I don't think we have a shortage, I wonder if there is a way to get some over
