Another option (more litvish) in the Tampa area is Temple Terrace, tho not sure it's within your budget. The shul is the Young Israel of Tampa under Rabbi Rivkin. They have a website you can check out.

Tampa is about 4 hrs from Boca and Miami.

Maybe get in touch with the Chofetz Chaim families that moved to Tampa this year? They opened a school and it sounds like it's really doing well.
