Anyone have a recipe? The type that gets hard like on a doughnut too? I wanna stick on sprinkles

2 cups Confectioners' Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons boiling water
It doesn't get hard like a doughnut glaze, but dip cupcake in glaze and then in a bowl of sprinkles and it'll stick.
