I saw an ad for a new girls overnight camp in the Family First. Anyone know anything about it? I keep wondering if this is being started by a poster here who was looking into starting a camp. In any event, Hatzlacha on this very much needed endeavor.

looks interesting but it's in NJ. Was really hoping for something in the midwest...

Bnoseinu has a special camp for that age. They need more individual attention so a lot of camps don't have that age.

I've heard these names as possibly having for this age too. Check them out.
Raninu, Chaviva, Sviva, Ohr Chedvah, Sternberg.

Don’t most (or at least a lot of) camps start from coming out of 3rd or 4th?

When I was a kid I went coming out of 3rd (camp tubby!) and I don’t think it was as unusual as it is nowadays

Things changed, since that is not the case anymore.
Possibly a consideration was that this way there is more space for the older girls, for whom camp is more essential.

I spoke with them. It seems like it’s going to be a very nice fun camp. They are looking for Bais Yaakov girls and they want an out of town feeling.

I know one girl going and she fits that description so hopefully it really will end up as that kind of camp.
