Anyone have an easy sugar cookie recipe that doesn't need to chill in the fridge?

I'm a professional cookie decorator
This is my sugar cookie dough recipe:
2 sticks (200gr) margarine
1 cup sugar
Cream together, then add:
3 cups flour
1 TB vanilla
1 egg
Mix until well combined
Don't over mix

We love the ones from chocolatecoveredkate. Bonus that they're egg free since I don't love letting my kids play with raw egg

2/3 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
2-2.5 cups flour
2-2.5 tsp vanilla
2 tsp power
Mix between ingredients.
I have been using this recipe for years and it's delicious.

I'm a new baker. Is this a good recipe for making cookie cutter shapes?
