I am wondering if anyone has ever made the Mexican gefilte fish from Kosher by Design Entertains. You boil the log first, with taco seasoning in water, then slice, then bake it in a tomato sauce (with some aromatics).
I am wondering if it just tastes the same as most other baked gefilte in tomato sauce or if it is something special.
(There are several different gefilte recipes I am wanting to try, so I am trying to prioritize which ones to try first.)
