180 if you take a look he Israeli unofficial taxi companies. If you find someone American or an official taxi you'll get charged 230-250.

Is it any cheaper to first take the train from ben gurion to yitzchak navon and then take a cab from there?
Is there such a thing as a sherut? I will only have hand luggage.

It isn't cheaper to take a cab from jlem afaik. You can take the train to yitzchak navon and then hop a bus to RBS. But it is a bit of a schlep. Also, check timetables to make sure both train and bus are running when you need.
