I'm going to Israel in two weeks as a tourist and would like to purchase medical travel insurance. Anyone know of any websites or agents in the NY/NJ area I can contact for coverage?

sells Harel policies. The advantage is that they’re contracted directly with the health system in Israel so no need for you to lay out money or file claims. They give you an insurance card that you use like regular health insurance.

They're great. We have lots of visitors who have used them.
