I don’t know for kids, but as an adult my symptoms did not go away for 3 days, as said on the box…

Pinworms are hell I’m so sorry. My daughter struggled with it for a long time and I realized that I wasn’t using the right medication. The generic brands are worthless. The only thing that worked was Reese’s. Also I cut her nails super short so she doesn’t reinfect herself. Tyh so far so good.
