Anyone used that place for haircuts?

Sure, my girls go there all the time. Most do a great job (we once had a stylist that did an awful job. I went back with her and showed them, and they fixed it up without charging extra. This was one bad experience over a period of more than 10 years....)

I find them very respectful. For example, they have asked me "and do you want a female stylist?" which is very nice of them to make it easy for us.

Any of the locations are fine. Yes, we usually add a tip.

I used to go a lot.

And then once went with 3 girls that all needed haircuts to Howell

They made us wait outside the store bec we were crowding them. They kept our spot online but allowed numerous other ppl into the shop while we waited outside.

We felt like 2 cents.

And before you accuse me. We are a quiet well behaved group.

I haven’t gone back.

I’ve started only going to frum ppl. For me they were just more convenient at the time.

It was really nasty.

They even came out to tell us we were blocking the door when my girls would look inside to see how soon our turn would be. I regret that I didn’t just leave.

The one in Tom’s River was nice to me….
I like giving frum people business but I needed the convenience of no appointment and being able to just walk in when I had time

I used to take my girls to frum women. Beyond the appointment difficulties, I found that as soon as they get some experience, they stopped doing haircuts and only do sheitels. It just became more convenient to go to a shop you can show up when you have time and just get a haircut.
