I saw this name in the back of a book, where they do like lizchus or lilui nishmas... And I've never heard/seen it before. It's a girl's name, but does anyone have any information on it? Even just how it's pronounced?

I know someone שאשא - she told me it derives from the word שש, to be happy. It happens to personify her perfectly.

That was my thought, but a ש can be either s or sh. A ס doesn't have that flexibility.

I always heard Sosia/ Susia. Very pretty name but I have no idea what it means.
With a shin it would be Shasha, like Shasha-Biton. Can't imagine it as a first name.
