Dressing:
1/2 cup water
2 crushed garlic
1 tsp. mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Blend well

Anything can be used in sushi. Many sushi places actually DO use lox- they make a bagel roll or Philadelphia roll.
